In Database View, when you click into a rating, you can update its "Source". This is particularly helpful for gift capacity ratings - when we review someone's capacity and add a new "Current" rating, we can change the old gift capacity rating from "Current" to "Former" to preserve it for historical record. This allows us to measure changes in the pipeline over time and assess our performance. In Web View, there is no way to change the "Source" of an existing rating - the field is greyed out.
