For one of our events, there's a sponsorship level that includes two tables, which amounts to 16 guests. Right now, our only options for managing these through online registration are to make the registrant go through 16 guests to either provide a name or say they'll provide that name later, or to set the number of attendees for the sponsorship to 1, then manually add 15 unnamed guests to the registrant so our counts are accurate. There are a number of ways this could be improved:

A) Form option for registrant to skip adding any names. This could be a check box, e.g. I will provide all guest names at a later point, or a question, e.g. Would you like to provide guest names now?

B) Registration fee setting to not ask for guest names

C) Form setting to not ask for guest names

D) Provide a table style format for entering guest names, with a "provide name later checkbox" next to each entry and a spot to check all boxes at once.

With options B and C, we would likely include a participant option that invites the registrant to provide guest names if they know them, so we can still capture the names at registration without inconveniencing those who don't have their guest names yet.

Note: This idea is distinct from I-7578 Bulk add Event Unknown Guests, because I'm focusing on online registration, whereas they are focusing on manual registration entry. It's a good idea though, and everybody should vote for it too. =)
