Add Birthday as an output field in Constituent Lists Merged

Add the column option of "birth date" to constituent lists. I.E. when a fundraiser is making a list and wanted to sort them by age, it's not an option without viewing the full record.

    The "upcoming birthdays" tag is helpful, but when you create list you cannot see what the birthday is unless you open the constituent. I imagine this tag was created to make things easier, it would be nice if the columns or even the constituent summary could show that date . We are forced to continue to use database view to get useful lists/reports.
