I constantly am assigning myself reminders for follow ups in the "action" section of RE. This helps me figure out who I need to follow up with, when I chatted with them last, etc.. Not necessarily for soliciting, but just to remind myself to call back about something, edit something in their membership, or other actions I need to schedule out.
