There are several records I view regularly but they have very common names (eg Joe Bloggs). When searching for them in NXT they don't appear in the initial drop down list, and you have to further click into "view more results" and search that way. If my "Joe Bloggs" could be favorited it could appear first in the results.

Alternatively, have their graduating class year appear next to their name so I can easily distinguish Joe Bloggs Class of 2009 from Joe Bloggs Class of 1979.
