All payment methods need to be available for all gift types

It appears that only Credit Card and Direct Debit are available for recurring gifts. We will need "Other" (they're payroll deductions) added, but arguably all payment methods should be available for all gift types. Appreciate the consideration

We use that for our Standing Orders (where we go directly to the bank and do not process card payments via BBMS).
