Apply pledge campaign/fund/appeal to the gift batch when gift is applied to a pledge

Once we apply a gift to a pledge, the original campaign/fund/appeal need to auto-populate in the batch like it does in database view. In web view you have to make note of the original pledge info and enter it manually.
