Be able to add event participation to an individual
For existing event, it would be helpful to be able to it to an individual's record and not only the other direction. You could look to see if that individual was registered (from their record) and add them right there.

This is helpful when on a call with a constituent who RSVPs for an event by phone, so we don't have to leave their record to take the 4 steps to get to an event's participant list. Or when the constituent has been inactive (i.e. not available for adding directly on the event until we go to the constituent to make them active again), or when finding actions/notes that fundraisers added that indicate the constituent attended an event that isn't on their record.
