Blackbaud allows us to add multiple bank accounts, but there is currently no way for our donation form to automatically route a gift to a specific bank account based on the donor's selection of the tribute option.
It would be helpful if organizations could configure a donation form so that gifts designated as tribute donations are automatically deposited into a designated bank account, while standard donations continue to be routed to the primary account.
This functionality would provide greater flexibility for organizations that manage tribute gifts separately from general donations and would reduce the need for manual payment reconciliation and transfers.
