In Database View, Receipt Amount is prominently displayed on the gift record and is frequently referenced by users. In Web View, however, it is only visible for receipted gifts within Acknowledgements and Receipts, making it easy to overlook, particularly for frontline fundraisers. Request to have Receipt Amount displayed at the top of the gift record alongside other key gift details. Use to capture the donor's charitable contribution, its visbility should not be dependent on the gifts receipt status.
