Country is a required field in Database view, which is defaulted as United States. I have several staff that mainly use NXT and this field is not required. There are multiple other required fields setup in Database view and most of these are not required in NXT. It's very frustrating the lack of administrator tools that are not available or are subpar in NXT. I don't understand why in the move that before adding so many things that Blackbaud did not consider that security and admin settings should have been moved with the corresponding segments before adding more. This is a huge oversight
