Fundraisers do not exclusively log actions for donors just in their portfolios. They may log actions on any record to log any interaction. In Insight Designer, I may have someone who has 200 actions in a year but only 150 of them can be displayed, because the other 50 were constituents not assigned to them for a variety of reasons. This would really open the door to better analytics.
