We need to limit access to the ''Mark As'' options in webview

We need to be able to limit access to the "Mark As" Options in WebView (e.g. Mark as>deceased, no valid address, requests no email)

We would like to request more granular security controls for the "Mark As" options available in Raiser's Edge NXT Web View.

Currently, users with access to constituent records can update important constituent statuses through the Mark As menu, including options such as:

  • Deceased

  • No Valid Address

  • Requests No Email

  • Requests No Mail

  • Requests No Phone

  • Other communication preferences and constituent flags

These updates can have a significant impact on fundraising, marketing, stewardship, and data integrity. However, there is currently no way to grant access to some of these functions while restricting others.

    I agree! I'd even love to suppress Requests No Email altogether. We fully use the Do Not Email fields and Solicit Codes/Consents, so this is redundant and just generates more work. Another option would be if I could code it to add a consent record and the resulting solicit codes when someone chooses it, so I wouldn't have to keep cleaning data as a result of this field.
