We are always looking for ways to streamline our payment processing and improve the donor experience, both online and in-person.

Recently, we've been evaluating the use of Stripe's WisePad 3. However, we've run into a major operational hurdle: we cannot directly attach our RE NXT online donation forms to the device while simultaneously collecting complete donor information seamlessly through a standard RE NXT form workflow.

The current setup feels completely disconnected from RE NXT, as it doesn't allow us to enter donor data and create gift records in one go. It feels very cumbersome to manually enter data on the screen while the payment itself lives separately in BBMS, leaving us with no automatically created gift record.

Why this matters for all of us:

• Data Integrity: Disconnected hardware means extra manual entry or messy workarounds to map in-person payments back to online form profiles.

• Streamlined Operations: Having the device natively talk to RE NXT online donation forms would bridge the gap between touchpoints, saving staff hours of reconciliation.

• Modern Fundraising: Donors expect a seamless, unified experience whether they give online or interact with us on-site.
