The problem: Oftentimes, Constituent information does not follow traditional trends or patterns so although the information is correct, a new person may come along and make a change to a record that unknowingly creates an error.

Examples:

• Constituents with unusual name spellings (ex. first name "Stevens" is correct, but a new person may change “Stevens” to “Steven”)

• Constituent’s first name does not match their gender (ex. Ryan for a female)

• Constituents John and Mary Doe prefer to go by John and Mary Doe instead of Mr. and Mrs. John Doe
