One of the features I miss from another database software is the ability to reverse the hard and soft credit constituents on a gift - the other crm had a single button that would switch them. This would also help with consolidating spouse gifts on one record, and get around some of the labor of moving a gift between an individual and an organization, if needed. We have historically HC/SC DAFs and pass-throughs differently, and cleaning that up is a nightmare.
