After the tabbed constituent record view is released, please give each user the option to switch between the new tabbed view and the current tile-based view as a permanent feature.

Two things are true:

• Super users and those who do a lot of data entry need a fast loading, tabbed view of the constituent record. See this idea for more: https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-8357

• Many fundraisers, leadership, and other RE NXT users never used database view and will be put off by a tabbed view of the constituent record. They have arranged and collapsed tiles to see the information they use, and separating those tiles onto different tabs will be a huge learning curve at best, and a barrier to continued adoption at worst.

Change is good. Web view has led to adoption by team members who may not be tech savvy. The upcoming changes will help transition database managers and other members of the team who use database view to complete their critical work.
