Allow to view as user with specific permissions / roles
Allow admin to view as user with set specific permissions / roles so that staff can verify that the user has the correct access without having them log in to verify.

This would be so helpful! Currently I have to make a change, ask the person to go try the thing they're needing to do, and then changing the next thing if it doesn't help. This is highly dependent on the other user's knowledge, not always sufficient.
As an admin of 78 users, with group security roles and not everyone should have the same level of access, this would be so helpful to make sure users can do only what they need to and not be able to export or access data or record levels that are outside the scope of their role!
I was a Salesforce admin at a previous institution and this was one of the best features to ensure that user accounts were set up correctly. I was very disappointed that it was not available in RE NXT.
This would be so helpful also for troubleshooting issues and trying to recreate problems. As advancement services, I usually work with suppot on behalf of users given the complexity of information that can be required.
