Employment is a highly relevant piece of info to have for alumni and donors. Right now, employment lives in with relationships. If a constituent has many previous employment relationships it feels like it really mucks up the relationship tile and things get confusing and bogged down. I therefore propose that a separate tile for Employment be created, where you can add employers and job title, and have the ability to write in employer names, if not in the system. Employment should also have begin and end dates so that you can see how long your constituent was in a role and be able to update for new employment.
