Clickable link for emails in email history

Our team would like to be able to see the email in the email history section of a constituent record. Currently it only shows the title of email sent. We would like to be able to click the link of the email title and view the actual email that was sent to the constituent from the constituent record.

    This is a huge issue! We often use the emails sent to determine if they were the impetus for a recent gift. Without being able to see the content we have no way to tell what they were sent.

    I would love to be able to view a sent email anywhere on Blackbaud without having to copy it and create a new draft email. šŸ˜…
