Add ability to remove 'has no valid address' flag in web view

Should not have to revert to db view Bio 1 to remove the flag of 'no valid address.' In an attempt to use Omatic am bringing in new addresses for some records that had no mailing address. Have to go to db view to remove the flag at the top of the records.
