Add ability to remove 'has no valid address' flag in web view
Should not have to revert to db view Bio 1 to remove the flag of 'no valid address.' In an attempt to use Omatic am bringing in new addresses for some records that had no mailing address. Have to go to db view to remove the flag at the top of the records.

When marking an address in the web view as do not mail, that process should not be marking the box in the database view of has no valid address. We mark people all the time not to receive mail for reasons other than the fact the address isn't valid. Those 2 areas should not be linked together. You need to keep a separate field for has no valid address. When cadets leave our school prior to being here for a year our policy is not to mail to the parents of that cadet, so we uncheck the send mailbox on the address and add the date to of the date we make the change. It does not mean the address is invalid though.
