Our organization allows our Fellows program to pay their pledge over 10 years (I know we are probably an anomaly). We would love to move over fully to Online Giving however, it currently does not support 10 year pledges.

We have been using Online Giving for everything except for pledges because of this and have still been using Online Express. It is frustrating that even though Online Giving is replacing Online Express, we are actually losing functionality. This is going to create more work not only for us, but the donor as well. I am concerned that this will lead to more unfulfilled pledges. I would love to make this transition sooner rather than later because Summer 2027 will come fast! However, we need more flexibility in Online Giving to do this and for it to support 10 year pledges.
