It would be great if in NXT batching, we could add the date/fund/gift type/comment etc into the top field and it automatically populates this same info as you add more lines.

Example, in DB view I can add the date//subtype/comment in the coloured line at the top, and as I add lines for new gifts these automatically populate in those columns. It makes adding gifts for the same funds so fast and I'm practically only using the Tab button and mouse to enter gifts.

In NXT, you have to wait for the dropdown to load and click on what you want - this takes too long when needing to add 20-30+ gifts into a batch. Pressing the Tab button just clears the box and jumps to the next column.
