In constituent merging, it would be helpful to have an option to merge contacts/relationships/participant records with constituents. Saves a step instead of converting to constituent first.

This is helpful when a spouse who does not normally interact with our organization (and is therefore not a constituent) makes a donation for the first time. Our data review will treat this as a new gift and create a new constituent. It would save a lot of time to be able to merge this with the original contact record that may have more complete contact info. Converting to a constituent first is a pain.
