Fee Coverage Customization Merged

There should be the ability to customize the language on the text box for DonorCover and CompleteCover in the RE NXT Giving forms. The fee coverage options should also be opt-in rather than the opt-out that they are currently. Seems deceptive.

    Merging into similar idea for donor cover text customization. Also worth noting relating to the opt-in vs opt-out, there is a separate existing Idea here that you can vote on: https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-5533

    I expect to be sharing updates in the next few weeks of planned work around donor cover customization, so stay tuned!
