We use action counts as metrics for our gift officers, and we want to be able to avoid double-counting toward their goals. For example, if the gift officer meets with two individuals in a single meeting, the meeting should only count as one action toward their metrics, though we want it to show up on both constituent records. There should be a way to identify a copied action via query and/or action properties.
