We have lost a significant amount of work because multiple team members have had the same email draft open at the same time. In these situations, updates made by one person do not always save correctly and can be overwritten by an older version that another team member is still working on.

It would be helpful if the system could either:

• Update communications in real time across all users' devices when changes are made, or

• Provide a version history feature that allows previous versions to be restored if work is accidentally overwritten.

Either of these options would help prevent the loss of work and improve collaboration across the team.
