In NXT, when you look up an organization or individual to add to the Relationships tile, it lists every non-constituent record with that name in the results. While it's great to be able to link non-constituents, it's a HUGE pain to not be able to easily see which one is the constituent. This is especially an issue with organization records, where there might be many non-constituent organizations due to data entry errors. In order to make sure the constituent record is linked, you have to look up the organization separately and find the ID number. It would be nice if the constituent record could be the first result, or there was an option to include or not include non-constituents in the search like there is in database view
