Currently, when our staff logs into Blackbaud Merchant Services, they can download a list of transactions but they have no idea what these transactions were for. If there was a way to insert a text/code on the back end of NXT donation and event forms that would populate a field in Merchant Services, then our staff would know right away what a transaction was for when looking at it in Merchant Services. Right now, they have no easy way to figure this out.
