Intelligent Ask/Customizable Giving Levels Issue with Optimized Forms

Currently the optimized forms allow users to customize the giving levels for one-time and recurring gifts BUT that is not true. Found out that the "Intelligent Ask" function is always turned on regardless of the levels you created for your optimized giving form. Please give users that option to truly select their giving levels for this type of form.

As I understand it there is a difference between what the optimized forms do when you give them a high and a low and the intelligent ask. The first is based on math of what makes sense to be in the middle and the second picks the all the ask amounts for a potential donor that visits the form.

I would use optimized forms more if I could set all my asks so I am voting for this.

I agree, We also would like the ability to put in our own donation levels. We like the optimized form better than standard but having this intelligent ask as a feature we cannot turn off is an issue. This also affects the "other" donation field where it automatically puts a number in and the majority of our audience will get confused and not realize they can change that amount.

All donation forms should be customizable and not force fed into specific formulas. I see the optimized form also being used for ease of completion for the donor and not always focused on trying to collect the "largest gift" based on artificial intelligence. I would love to use it as for a targeted segment of "known donors" with a specific ask, but having this limitation in place prohibits us from using it.
