Constituent forms seem very useful, but they need more fields to capture key details and avoid duplicate records. It would be extremely helpful to have the fields to include unique IDs (like constituent ID) or DoB. It would also be great to include additional fields like Employment details (Organisation and Position) and social media links (LinkedIn). Currently, job and relationship details cannot be properly captured as the form builder does not support relationship-based fields. In our existing RE setup, we use a custom field where the job title is stored in 'description' field and the organisation name is captured in the 'comments' filed. Constituent forms would only capture one value (Description) which makes it not possible to collect both job title and organisation details separately through the form.
