Enable export of/querying on Participant Options
It would enable user to export the data to a spreadhsheet for use at events, i.e. recording attendees, assigning runner numbers etc.

We want to use participant options to record t-shirt sizes but need to be able to export this with the supporter's address as we use a mailing house to send all the t-shirts and wrist bands ahead of the event.
