We will have donors that give a payment on a pledge that is autmated (created through an NXT giving form) make a payment via check or through our regular giving form. We currently have to write off the pledges when this happens. If we could apply payments to this pledge in batch entry that would be helpful. Going onto the pledge and adding a one off payment is not an option for us due to how we report things to finance.
