Add payment options in the RENXT web view

Currently, Raiser's Edge Database View's payment options do not match RENXT web view's payment options. For example, "Business Check" and "Personal Check" are options in Database view, whereas only "Check" is available in RENXT web view. This has made it impossible to sync our third-party check scanning software to the Database view options we prefer. If you could add payment options in RENXT web view, it would resolve this issue.

    This is crucial for data integrity between platforms! Please do one of the following so that our data is correctly entered:

    • Add Personal Check, Business Check to Payment Method in Web View's gift entry screen

    • Remove Check

    OR

    • Remove Personal Check, Business Check from Pay Method in Database View's gift entry screen

    It doesn't make sense not to have the option for Personal Check or Business Check in the web view. Please add this!
