Hello, I would like to be able to enter payments in web view as Direct Debits without having to process them (because they have already been received in our bank account and I just need to record them in RE). Yes, I could do it prior to the update as it was confirmed by support that due to a recent update, gifts can no longer be added in the web view as Direct Debits without trying to process them.

The workaround recommended by support (set the Pay Method as Other and to enter reference information related to the Direct Debit transaction) is not acceptable to our bookkeeper or our accountants since the payment to us is an actual Direct Debit and not an "Other".
