We've set up a business rule to warn gift processors when adding a gift to any constituent that has a proposal that is waiting to be funded. The annotation reminds them to see if they should link the gift to the proposal (opportunity.) This does not work in NXT because the business rules don't work in NXT. Please throw the switch that makes business rules effective in NXT.
