Thank you for getting this on the Planned schedule!!!! You're going to make a lot of DB Coord very happy if we're able to adjust gift type after a gift has been entered. I've never understood why that was grayed out. Now if it's been posted, I understand an adjustment being necessary but if the gift hasn't been posted, all fields should be "subject to change". Especially in fundraising where gift designations can change and info from a donor is always changing.

Completely! I just accidentally entered what should've been a pledge payment as a one-time gift. I couldn't even adjust it in database view. So now I have to delete it and reenter it. Would be much easier to just be able to change the gift type.

Yes, need to be able to adjust any/all types of gifts.

Have issue discribed that donor now has decided designation for gift and need to adjust fund. Unable to adjust/split stock gifts. This ability is needed for accurate record keeping and to ensure accurate fund reports.

Not only can't it be adjusted, but when the gift is "unposted," it still cannot be changed.
