I work remotely for an organization and we're switching over to NXT and it would be wonderful if I had the ability to remote access another's users NXT session. This is something I've been able to do w/the team members currently since RE is on their server. The ability to access their session is a huge help since you can walk them through whatever they may need help with - it's also a huge time saver.
