Our Development Officers’ fundraising goals are measured on Committed, not Received. This overall performance tile does not align with how we award credit, because we credit officers at the time a pledge is made. As a result, even pledge payments are not reflected appropriately in Received totals, and the tile does not show goal progress accurately. We need a solicitor performance report in webview like there is in database vies.

Totally agree with this. We shouldn't have to assign each and every single person in our database to our own profile in order to see how much we have raised toward a goal. There should be a place on the reporting page that allows you to add your goal. There also should be a way to customize to not include in-kind donations on the reporting page for your total number raised. There is no way to change the gift types at this time.
