Attachments added in RENXT are not showing up in Database View and reverse Merged

When we add attachments in RENXT they are not showing up on the record in Database View.  Likewise, some attachments added in the DAtabase view are not showing up in RENXT.  Need them to be consistent because our Fundraising Managers primarily use the NXT View while the two Database Managers primarily work in the Database view.
