Event Expenses

What about the ability to track event expenses?  That was available in the database view and it would be helpful to have the ability to add expenses to events in NXT as well to make it easy to track in one place how the budget is faring with each event.  It is also helpful to have for planning of future events during the budgeting cycle.

    The ability to track event expenses in RENXT is now available in a new Expenses tile on the event record.If you previously tracked expenses in database view, they will also be viewable and editable in the new Expenses tile on the event records in RENXT. ​

    On the Events landing page we added an Expenses and a Net column, they can be added to the landing page by clicking Events > Columns > mark the checkbox next to Expenses and Net > click Apply changes.

    This is a must so it can be distinguished if your event was cost effective or not. Also referring back to event history can identify of vendors you wish to use again or not use again.
