Ereceipts Canada Not CRA Compliant and other things
The biggest issue right now with ereceipts in Canada is that they are missing "Eligible Amount" on the receipt; this is a CRA requirement; to a lesser degree of importance please fit the receipt to a single page! Right now it's a 2 page receipt......1

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT has been really slow for a few days now. It has been buffering quite a bit. It has been taking a long time to get results and also will kick you out from a record. Not working very well these past few days.
I would hope that Blackbaud representatives need to address this issue.2

In Settings, Tables, can the 'clean up' part stay in view - freeze pane maybe. It is annoying to go down a list, find something that needs cleaning, then have to go all the way back up to the top enter and change, then find where you were before.
