While the new consent overview panel is very helpful, we often need to review the actual consent statement, e.g., verifying which email address on file an opt out referred to. Note this is a US request--I know consent needs may be different in UK, etc.
When reviewing the consent history, consent statement is not a default column, and more frustrating, is not a "sticky" column if added as an option and all other columns must by squeezed or eliminated to be able to view it on screen. and since the statement is the last panel, it is difficult to extend the column wide enough to read the part of the NXT opt out statement that includes the email address. We should not have to spend 5 minutes adjusting the view each time we are reviewing consent history nor required to export to CSV in order to view. Please fix: (1) make the columns on the consent history review "sticky"--whichever columns you selected for reviewing consent history stay as default when you go to another record, as well as the order and size of the columns; (2) allow the width of consent date column to be adjusted; (3) wrap the consent statement text in the column so that the column doesn't need to be the entire width of the screen in order to review.
The only other workaround would be to allow us to customize the email unsubscribe statement in email marketing so that the constituent's email address is the first part of the statement.
screenshot 1 is an example of current default for reviewing consent history which leaves questions --- this basic information was already on the consent panel summary. The other screenshot is after adjusting, which takes too many steps of additional squeezing and expanding columns to see
