Make it possible to see NetCommunity email receipt in NXT

Default for merging fields in email that may be missing.
If I am starting my email off "Dear <First name> but there is no first name in the data, being able to set up a default of another field or simply having it say "Dear Friend" is necessary to maintain client relationships.0
