Add Gender as a filter option in Constituent Lists
Please add fields such as gender, nickname, Primary Addressee, etc. as both output fields / "columns to choose" and filters in RE NXT lists. This is going to become more and more important once the ability to export lists as CSV files comes online...

Exclude "Not Valid Addresses" when pulling mailing list in RE NXT
When we are doing a mailing for a specific area, we need to pull a list of constituents that have valid addresses. We have to pay for the returns and it gets expensive when we have already marked the address as not valid.2

Show full amount of giving rather than rounding the amount up or down, in Lists "Lifetime Giving" found in columns.
