There are a number of Ideas that have been voted on to get the DB functionality of Addressee/Salutations in NXT Email etc. It is really disappointing this functionality still isn't there when it is BB NetCommunity.0

Option to exclude realized gifts in the committed summary
Planned Gifts can be included in the Committed summary section of Analyze in NXT but the realized gift(s) attached to the Planned Gift are also included in the Committed summary which results in double counting.0

Exclude "Not Valid Addresses" when pulling mailing list in RE NXT
When we are doing a mailing for a specific area, we need to pull a list of constituents that have valid addresses. We have to pay for the returns and it gets expensive when we have already marked the address as not valid.2
