The rolling retention dashboard is great, but it would be better if it had 12 months, and then multiple lines for multiple years, so you can compare how you did, say in June 2019 to June 2018.1

Blackbaud Pays shoudl NOT be default
I dont wan't Blackbaud Pays to be the default option for event registration or online donation pages. Frankly, as an admin I want to remove this option for other users to select. There shoudl be more administrative controls for these options.0

Resend e-blast to the list of Bounced Email
On 4/27/2021 we saw a drastic jump in bounced emails in which 90% of them were @gmail.com. We re-sent the e-blast to the list of bounced emails resulting in a drastic reduction of bounced emails to .5%.0

Be able to enter fund/campaign/appeal by code in RE/NXT
Unless I am doing something wrong...when entering a gift in a constituent profile, as I am tabbing along fields,I have to open the "search for appeal" etc rather than being able to add a code.Being able to tab along those fields and enter the code...0

Indicate if Hosted Files window is Test or Prod
When you are working in both Test and Prod and have hosted files open in both, you can't tell which is which, except by what files are there. There needs to be a very visible indicator to help differentiate between the two!0
