Do not required invitation status when adding participants to an event record.
Not all event use invitations (public registration). Invitation status and date are not requirements for many business purposes, so requiring them for data entry creates unnecessary work.0

Run report of constituents who donated through a RE NXT online donation form.
We wrapped up giving Tuesday with a great turnout, and would love to generate a report of all donations that came in through our Giving Tuesday donation form. There doesn't seem to be a way to run this report without having someone from Blackbaud ...3
