Allow query renaming from main query page
Database view lets users rename a query by right-clicking on it in the main query list. Web view should allow easy renaming from the main query page without opening it as well.

I waste a lot of time looking up constituents because, out of habit and database view use, I press enter after typing a name. It shouldn't matter if I press enter or not. Please fix this!5
